Base Dimensions are 8’W x 12’6”L x 13’H
The Button House is designed purposely at 108 ft sq (this is the roof footprint size). The height of a Button House is 13 ft. which maximizes cubic capacity while purposely remaining under 108 ft sq. These dimensions give the Button House two important characteristics; 1) Allows for a small space to feel spacious when inside, 2) allows for the placement of a Button House to fit in almost any backyard setting.
A Button House can be outfitted with a minifridge, and almost any countertop appliance. As every Button House customer will decorate their Button House differently, it is likely the customer will want to match their appliances to their decorative style. For this reason, appliances are not included with the purchase of your Button house.
The Button House is wired with an electrical system similar to what you would find in most standard houses. This system is inspected by a professional electrical field inspector prior to delivery. The Button House comes with an approved field evaluation product label. Similar to an RV, you simply plug in your Button House to a 50amp outlet.
The Button House comes with an option to either include plumbing or exclude plumbing. The option to include plumbing would be based on adding a plumbing accessory such as a wet bar and/or bathroom as per the optional accessory layouts illustrated above. A shower can be included with custom orders.
Any electric heater can be plugged in to any outlet. The Button House is 108 square ft and therefore 120v space heater is all that is needed in most cases. In colder climates one could upgrade to a 220v space heater if needed. A Button House can accommodate either 120v or 220v heaters. There are many decorative space heaters available which the customer can select to match their personal decorative theme.
Each Button House is supported with a built in cavity for placement of an air conditioner. This air conditioner cavity is concealed with an interior vent and is vented out the backside of the Button House. The backside of the Button House is where all mechanics are connected to the Button House
A Button House does have the ability to connect to a sanitary sewer system. If a connection to a sanitary sewer system is desired, the Button House is built to be sanitary sewer friendly. It is important to understand however, that in almost all jurisdictions there will be rules issued by that jurisdiction on how the connection must be undertaken. A phone consultation with Button House can be scheduled to provide further information. We have had some success with sanitary sewer connections in past years.
No, a Button House does not have a Gray Water holding tank.
