160 ft Sq size

A Button House can be offered at 160 ft sq.  Many jurisdictions will  allow a structure to be built up to a specific size before permits are needed.  This specific size will  vary between jurisdictions.

Button House offers both a 108 ft sq size, as well as a 160 ft sq size for those jurisdictions more relaxed on their need for permits.   Depending on the jurisdiction, some jurisdictions will allow for a larger sized structure without the need for permits however they may present certain conditions to allow for these exemptions.  For example, Ontario, Canada allows for structures up to approx 108 ft sq to be placed on properties without permits.  Ontario will also allow structures up to approx 160 ft sq to be placed on properties without permits providing they are used for storage only.  You can read more on this summarized here
