A Button House can be offered at 108 ft sq.  Many jurisdictions will  allow a structure to be built up to a specific size before permits are needed.  This specific size will  vary between jurisdictions.

Button House offers both a 108 ft sq size, as well as a 160 ft sq size for those jurisdictions more relaxed on their need for permits.  In most jurisdictions, the 108 ft sq Button House does not require permits when used for extra habitable space.
