Button House

The Button House arrives from the factory on a trailer, assembled and ready to use.  All you need to do after your Button House is delivered is plug it in.

The Button House is intended to complement your backyard setting.  It is characteristic of a Button House to exist as a self sufficient independent living unit, however the Button House is also practical to complement your current residence.

The Button House is powered by electricity and is connected to your power grid by a plug in power cord.  This power system allows for hot water, heat, light, and other needed essentials. 

Adding the plumbing system is an option for customers.  This plumbing system is independent from any municipal service or equivalent.

Since the Button House can be moved and relocated without any disassembly, the Button House can also be resold.  

We all live different changing lives.  There may be a time in your life where a Button House is needed, and you may find later in your life you realize you no longer need your Button House. 

If, for whatever the reason, you find you no longer need your Button House, the Button House can be sold on the resale market.  Due to the longevity of the Button House, a Button House will hold its value over time providing you take care of it,  Once you have a buyer for your Button House, it can simply be trailered to the new location, plugged in, and enjoyed by the new owner.

Similar to a hot tub or back yard shed, a Button House can be sold with your residence adding substantial appeal to your backyard and likely yielding further value to your property.  

Button Houses are now manufactured with steel roofing.  This step forward improves the lifespan of the roof.

The base of the Button House, which is in contact with the ground/foundation or exposed to dampness, is now manufactured with high density plastic which will never really deteriorate or rot due to exposure to moisture.  As much as pressure treated wood lasts longer than wood that is not pressure treated, the pressure treated wood still has a lifespan.  Typically, pressure treated wood will last around 40 years but this number is variable depending on many conditions.  At Button House, we build the Button House to last which is why the base is no longer made with pressure treated wood.

Our windows and doors are ordered from top of the line window manufacturers.  The siding is vinyl, and fascia and other exposed areas are covered with aluminum cladding as you would see on any new home.

The Button House is built to last.  It can be moved from property to property and passed down through generations.  It can be resold over and over again on the resale market.  Providing you take regular care of your Button House, it should last you and your successors a lifetime or two.

The Button House comes with its own warranty.

There are different warranties for the various mechanical, structural, and operating components.  Please contact Button House for warranty details.

A Button House will hold a strong resale value and can be sold on the resale market if you ever feel you wish to part ways with your Button House.  Further, if you move, the design and resilience of the Button House allows you to bring it with you to your new location.
